DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery disclaimer


Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received, subject to stock availability.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in delivery, we will notify you by email or phone.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to street addresses in South Africa, including farms, military bases, major stores, game reserves, lodges, airports and harbors.
We do not deliver to vacant land, plots or post office boxes. An alternative address will be requested if a PO box is provided.

Delivery Times
For metropolitan areas like Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban etc., please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
For outlying areas, please allow 4-5 business days.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times may be delayed during periods of high order volumes.

Delivery Charges
Free shipping on South African orders of R900 or more.
For orders under R900 a flat R99 delivery fee applies.
Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your unused and unopened product within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.


To initiate a return, please send an email to info@volm.skin with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return address.


Return Process:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders over R900, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


All VOLM.SKIN products are packaged in glass bottles. Please take care to properly pack and cushion the bottles to prevent breakage during shipping.
Once we receive your return in its original condition and packaging, we will process a refund for the product cost to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds do not include any shipping charges paid for the original order. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
